In May 1981, Bishop David Oyedepo received an 18-hour divine mandate that would birth a global movement. The vision was clear: “Liberate the world from all oppressions of the devil through the preaching of the word of faith.”
Today, Winners Chapel International stands as a testament to this divine commission, with thousands of churches across the globe, touching millions of lives with the liberating power of God's Word. Our Saint John branch continues this legacy, bringing transformation to New Brunswick and beyond.

Bishop David Oyedepo
Founder & President, Living Faith Church Worldwide
David Oyedepo received a mandate from God in an 18 hour long vision in May 1981 to liberate the world from all oppression of the devil through the preaching of the word of faith. This is the inaugural vision that led to the founding of the Living Faith Church World Wide (LFCWW), first called Liberation Faith Hour Ministries, in 1981.
